We got in touch via OwnUp and from the getgo everyone involved was extremely professional, patient, and helpful to all of our needs as first time home buyers. Nico is extremely responsive to communication and always rose to the level of our urgency on a particular question. There was one slight miscommunication regarding the closing and first mortgage payment date. It ended up being 30 days sooner than we discussed, but at the end of the day the most important goal was to get into the new home in a timely manner. Nico and the team did a great job meeting that goal despite the hiccup at close.
